What is the difference between Stabilized Oxychlor Compounds (SOC),Stabilized Chlorine Dioxide (SCD) and Active Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2)?

SOC and SCD are one and the same. They are a colorless, buffered solution of Sodium Chlorite salt in water. They do deodorize, but have to form CLO2 in order to be biocidal- which requires a pH of 2-3 for 2-3 minutes. Something that does not happen in ones mouth!

CLO2 is light green colored, pH balanced solution of true Chlorine Dioxide gas in water. It is a very powerful deodorizer and biocide. It is generated from SOC/SCD in a bottle after 30 minutes of exposure to an activator.
